My passion is helping people overcome injuries by empowering them to understand their own body so they can move and live pain-free. I work with you to tailor a dedicated treatment and rehabilitation plan and create the implementation of a step-by-step exercise plan to ensure you can achieve your goals.

I studied and graduated from Auckland University of Technology and have continued to grow my knowledge and practice with many postgraduate manual therapy courses.

My experience includes working with a range of sports teams and individuals, such as the NZ Tag team, Saints Basketball, Wellington Samoan Rugby team, Poneke Premier Rugby, and a number of New Zealand amateur representatives. I am currently active with New Zealand Professional Golfers, Wellington Golf, Wainuiomata Rugby Club, Hurricanes Heartland Under 20’s, and Ahika CrossFit.

Prior to becoming a Physiotherapist, I played on the New Zealand Golf Tour, Australian PGA, and the Middle Eastern MENA Tour.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, living a healthy lifestyle, and playing some golf.

Ella recently graduated from the University of Otago after completing her four-year physiotherapy degree. Piki Te Ora

Piki Te Ora

Piki Te Ora, a treasured pounamu (jade) from Papatūānuku (Mother Earth), embodies the Māori concept of hauora, or holistic well-being. Named "Ascend To Wellness," she signifies the body's natural ability to heal and
grow stronger.

Her resemblance to a healed bone powerfully symbolises resilience and reminds us of our inner healing strength, encouraging proactive self-care and prevention. She highlights the vital connection between mind, body,
and spirit, guiding us toward a harmonious state for confident movement and freedom.

Piki Te Ora is part of a trio of pounamu gifted to Live Free, including Piki Te Kaha ("Ascend To Strength") and Piki Te Māramatanga ("Ascend To Knowledge"). Live Free uses these pounamu to help individuals find tau (balance) on their hauora journey.
